Training Sessions

NOVEMBER 2011 SAUNA TRAINING

Wednesday, November 16, 2011

Beginner And Advanced Levels: On November 16, two simultaneous training sessions will be held on the Sauna thermal modeling program. One training session will be for beginners. The second training session will target experienced Sauna users who wish to learn advanced thermal modeling techniques. Both training sessions will be "hands on". Each student will have his own computer.

Sauna V4.15: The training session will be conducted with the latest release, Sauna V4.15. Since Sauna has evolved significantly over the last two years, this is an excellent time for a refresher training session. Unfortunately, many experienced users create models with older, inefficient methods. With a refresher training course, you will learn the fastest and most accurate approach to creating models.

Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for the beginner class. For the advanced class, participants must be thoroughly familiar with all of the introductory exercises in the Sauna User Manual. If you own a Sauna User Manual, please bring this with you to the class.

Try Before You Buy:  If you are interested in purchasing Sauna, you may wish to attend the training session as a way to evaluate the Sauna program. In addition to learning about Sauna, you will also benefit by meeting other Sauna users and the staff at Thermal Solutions.

Cost: The cost per student is $300 and includes lunch ($200 if you use your own laptop). If you purchased the Sauna Modeling System, one training session is included at no cost.

Date And Time: 9:00 - 5:00 on Wednesday, November 16, 2011. All registrations must be received by Wednesday, November 9.

Location: Ann Arbor Courtyard by Marriott, 3205 Boardwalk, Ann Arbor MI 48108. Phone: 734-995-5900.
